AP Gov Update for March 30

This is an update on how everyone has been turning in their assignments.  I have given the option to send me emails with copy and paste, photos, or word document as well as posting your work on OneNote under the Homework tab.

If you are submitting through OneNote, please send me a message by email, Live Grades, or Remind.

I will be grading assignments as I get them and give you a message back acknowledging that I received it and graded it.  I will save any email you send me that has an assignment with it.

I have put the 5-1 Current Events as missing if you have not turned them in.  There will be no penalty for turning in late.  This is just a marker in LiveGrades that you need to complete this activity.

I will be trying different things next week for lessons.  Please bear with me as we are learning in these trying times.

I will try to scan the pages from the AMSCO book this weekend and post on OneDrive and OneNote. 

In terms of the AP Exam, I have received some information about testing.  It will be a 45-minute online FRQ exam focussing on Topics/Standards 1-3.  I will relay more information as a get them.

Last Hoorah before the AP GOV Exam!

This is the last hoorah before the AP American Government and Politics Exam.  You all have been preparing for this exam all year and I wish you the best tomorrow.  If you need any last-minute pointers, let me know and I'll give you advice. You will need to log on using your exam ticket at about 3:30 on Monday, May 11.  You will need to log into a demo exam to check and see if your device is compatible.  The exam will start at 4:00 p.m. and will ultimately be over by 4:50. I have posted a video to tell you all "Hoorah" and best wishes on the exam. I do not have any assignments for you this week.  But I hope you take the time to turn in some things and include your reply to the Flipgrid video .  I would like to see your face and hear your voice. This was supposed to be your last week as a senior in school, and I truly miss this annual ritual.  It should have been a once in a lifetime ritual for you.  Let me know if there is anything I can do...

Social Studies Fair Information

This is information about the Social Studies Fair: Wednesday, January 30 from 4:00 - 6:30. Set up starts in the Taylor County Middle School library at 3:30. Please bring your presentation board and abstract with you. Mr. Zukowski will not be at school on Tuesday, but you can message him on Tuesday if you have questions.   If you need transportation to the school, let Mr. Zukowski know. There is a snow day or Ice Pack day, further instructions will come. If you are not able to attend due to practice/game/competition or work, let Mr. Zukowski know in class on Monday.
